A reactivation system working a high-value house-and-land database.
Years of paid marketing were sitting in the CRM as contacts nobody had time to work. This system goes back through them properly — with a person approving every message before it sends.
The problem
Enquiries were answered once and never worked again. Follow-up depended on a salesperson remembering, and marketing kept paying for new leads while the ones already in the CRM went cold. Nobody could say which of the old enquiries were still looking — because nobody had time to find out.
What we built
A system connected to the client's CRM that reviews old enquiries with the right context: the project they asked about, when, and what happened since. It records who is still looking, what they need and when they are buying, with status, reason and next action kept in the operating record. Bounded CRM updates happen only where authorised.
Every outbound message stops at an approval queue. A person reads the thread and approves, edits or stands the message down. Declines, opt-outs and timing signals are classified and honoured immediately.
How it runs
Handled operates the system: daily monitoring, exception handling, connection maintenance, and reporting against the measured starting point. The client's salespeople receive qualified conversations and appointments — not another tool to learn.
What can be verified today.
OUTCOMES PUBLISHED ONLY WITH PERIOD + BASELINEThe system is connected to the client's production CRM and operating in observation mode under human review.
Every outbound message passes a human approval gate. Every action is logged and reconstructable.
Contact, appointment and pipeline results will be published here with the measurement period and baseline once verified and permissioned.
An approved quotation from the client will sit here once recorded and permissioned.
