The first conversation — free, direct, no obligation

Book a systems review.

One conversation with Nick about the work that keeps getting stuck in your business. We'll tell you whether a system belongs in it, what the first one would look like, and what it's worth. If it isn't worth building, you'll hear that too.

01
What we'll examine

How the work actually runs: your enquiries or files, the CRM, who does what, where things stall, and what it's costing in sales time, broker time or marketing spend.

02
What you receive

A clear view of the one problem worth fixing first, what the first system would handle, the controls it would run under, and a measured starting point to judge it against.

03
What happens next

If it's worth building, we scope a fixed first system with approvals and testing designed in. If it isn't, we say so and you keep everything we found.

Tell us where the work gets stuck.

No list, no sequence. We only use this to reply to you and prepare for the conversation. See our privacy notice.

Who the review is for.

An engagement works when the business, the problem and the working relationship fit. It's worth being clear about all three before either of us spends time.

A good fit usually looks like this
An established Australian property sales business or mortgage brokerage with real enquiry or file volume.
A CRM and process already in place — even if nobody loves them.
An owner or leader who can grant access, make decisions and review approvals in the first weeks.
A problem someone in the business already complains about by name.
Interest in an ongoing operating relationship, not a one-off build.
Probably not a fit right now
A business without enough enquiries or files for a system to matter yet.
Wanting software to self-serve — we build and run systems, we don't sell logins.
Wanting the human removed from client communication entirely. We won't build that.
Needing a result promised before the work has been measured.

Questions serious buyers ask.

How long before something is running?+

A working first version within ten business days of receiving the access, data and decisions we need. Live use with real customers only follows controlled testing against real cases and your approval.

Do we have to change our CRM or tools?+

No. We build around what you already use — your CRM, your forms, your calendars, your aggregator platform. If a tool genuinely needs replacing we'll say so, but replacement is never the starting assumption.

What does our team actually have to do?+

Grant access, answer questions about how the work runs, provide real cases to test against, and review approvals in the early weeks. The build, the connections and the operation are our responsibility.

Who controls what the system sends?+

You do. Approval points are agreed before anything goes live. In our current property system, no buyer receives a message until a person has read the thread and approved it. Where authority is delegated, it's delegated in writing, with limits.

What happens when the system gets something wrong?+

Exceptions escalate to a person — ours first, then yours if judgement is needed. Every action is logged, so any decision can be reconstructed later. We monitor daily, fix the cause, and tell you what changed.

Where does our data live?+

In your systems wherever possible. Where something must sit outside them, we document what, where, and who can reach it — in writing, before it happens. Access is named, not shared.

How is it priced?+

Per engagement, not per seat. A fixed-scope systems review, a quoted first system, and a monthly managed operation once something is live. We put numbers on it after the review, when we both know what's worth building.

Is AI making decisions about our clients?+

No. AI drafts, classifies and keeps records current. Fixed rules decide what's allowed. People decide what matters — advice, credit, and anything a client will read. That boundary is designed in, not bolted on.
